What is the Posimatic EV1000 best suited for?
The Posimatic EV1000 is a fully automatic, in-line filling machine for containers from 5ml to 1,300ml, with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 filling heads. It fills at up to 100 bottles per minute with accuracy up to ±0.5%, so it suits small to medium bottles where speed and consistency matter.
Typical applications include cosmetics and toiletries, pharmaceutical and healthcare products, food and drink, household products and chemicals.
Use it stand-alone, or as the filling stage of a complete automatic bottling line.
What liquids can the Posimatic EV1000 fill?
It fills liquids, semi-liquids and liquids with particulates. All contact parts are food and pharmaceutical quality 316 stainless steel, and seals and hoses can be specified to suit your product. An optional vacuum suck-back system helps prevent drips, and an ATEX certified version is available for hazardous areas.
Because it can be fitted with either a volumetric or a vacuum filling system, one machine can be configured for everything from thin solvents to creams and sauces.
Can the Posimatic EV1000 be part of a complete automatic liquid filling line?
Yes. The EV1000 has a variable speed slat chain conveyor, and conveyors can be specified to suit your application. We can supply it with capping machines and other bottle handling equipment as a complete turnkey line, tested as a system in our factory before it leaves.
Is the Posimatic EV1000 the right model for my containers?
The EV1000 is our automatic filler for containers from 5ml to 1,300ml. For larger containers, the Posimatic EV2500 sits between the EV1000 and the EV5000, and the EV5000 handles containers from 250ml to 5 litres. In the middle of the range, either the EV1000 or the EV5000 can work, but the EV2500 is usually more efficient and potentially more accurate.
