The Challenge:

Contract Candles is a UK manufacturer of high quality candles.  They work with some of the biggest luxury brands in the world.  Contract Candles designs, manufactures and packages candles and reed diffusers to the very highest standard.

The customer initially contacted Universal in 2004 looking for a candle wax filling machine.

The Solution:

Universal  recommended a Posifill EF semi-automatic volumetric filling machine.  The machine was fitted with a Wander Nozzle assembly for the remote filling of candle wax into jars.  This means the operator does not have to handle hot filled jars.

Following the successful installation of the first machine in 2004, Contract Candles has since purchased several machines of a similar specification for the filling of candle wax.

Contract Candles has also purchased a Vacufill semi-automatic vacuum level filling machine for the filling of room fragrances (diffusers).
