Machines are designed and manufactured in house to the latest safety standards and are UKCA/CE certified. This proactive approach helps maintain the optimal performance and longevity of your equipment, ensuring it continues to serve you well for years to come.
How it works
Each year, approximately two months before the anniversary of the initial installation, we will call you to arrange a 12-month preventative maintenance service for you.
You have the flexibility to choose between two convenient options – either to return the equipment for an inhouse service at Ashford or have an engineer call in to do an on-site service at your premises.
Once the service is completed, you’re then covered under our comprehensive warranty until the next anniversary date. This ensures that you’re protected against unforeseen issues and can continue operating with confidence.
As well as ensuring your equipment is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, on each annual visit our engineer will take the time to discuss with you any operational issues you may be experiencing, that might be arising out of new products, containers, or new output requirements since you bought the equipment.
