5 Years’ Peace of Mind
Our Trusted Partnership is crafted to provide you with exactly what it promises – 5 years peace of mind using your new equipment.
It’s more than a warranty; It’s a partnership that ensures you have the confidence of a comprehensive 5-year parts and labour warranty from us, offering coverage should any issues arise with the equipment.
And, from our point of view, we appreciate your commitment to looking after your investment by having a regular annual maintenance service on it – just like you would on a new car.
This proactive approach helps maintain the optimal performance and longevity of your equipment, ensuring it continues to serve you well for years to come.
How it works
Each year, approximately two months before the anniversary of the initial installation, we will call you to arrange a 12-month preventative maintenance service for you.
You have the flexibility to choose between two convenient options – either to return the equipment for an inhouse service at Ashford or have an engineer call in to do an on-site service at your premises.
Once the service is completed, you’re then covered under our comprehensive warranty until the next anniversary date. This ensures that you’re protected against unforeseen issues and can continue operating with confidence.
As well as ensuring your equipment is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, on each annual visit our engineer will take the time to discuss with you any operational issues you may be experiencing, that might be arising out of new products, containers, or new output requirements since you bought the equipment.

By taking advantage of our Trusted Partnership Programme, you can extend this to 5 years – simply agree to maintain your new equipment with an annual UFMC service (and for automatic lines take advantage of our initial equipment training programme at installation) and you’ll be entitled to our 5-year Peace of Mind Warranty.
