Universal Bottle Blower
Semi-Automatic Bottle Cleaning Machine
The Universal Bottle Blower is a compact, semi-automatic bottle cleaning machine designed to remove dust, debris, and airborne contaminants immediately before filling.
Using a combination of filtered compressed air and continuous vacuum extraction, the Bottle Blower cleans inverted bottles quickly and effectively, helping improve product quality and reduce contamination risk.
Built into a robust stainless-steel cabinet on lockable castors, the Bottle Blower is designed to integrate seamlessly into small-scale and specialist production environments. The upper work surface is configured to allow a Vacufill semi-automatic filling machine to be positioned directly on top, enabling bottles to be cleaned and filled in one smooth, ergonomic workflow.
With twin independent blower heads, quick-change tooling, and industrial-grade vacuum extraction, the Universal Bottle Blower is an ideal solution for fragrance, cosmetic, and similar applications where bottle cleanliness is critical.

What Our Customers Say
“Universal are our number one choice when we require a new filling machine …”
– Dale Eames, Production Manager, Vitax Limited
How the Bottle Blower Works
The Universal Bottle Blower cleans empty bottles immediately before filling by combining filtered compressed air with continuous vacuum extraction.
1
Bottles are inverted and placed onto the spring-loaded blower heads. When the operator presses a bottle downward, a valve opens to deliver a short burst of filtered air into the bottle. At the same time, the vacuum system extracts air, dust, and loose contaminants from inside the container.
2
The vacuum runs continuously while the machine is powered on, ensuring debris is removed efficiently rather than redistributed. Once cleaned, bottles are lifted off the blower heads and can be filled immediately using a Vacufill machine positioned on top, minimising handling and reducing the risk of re-contamination.
