Automatic Cap Crimping Machine
The Posicrimp machine uses Universal’s tried and tested Posicap base unit and control system and swaps screw capping for crimping heads.
The Posicrimp is an ideal addition to inline filling systems and can be used as part of a fully automatic filling and capping line.
Suitable for:
- Perfume and Eau de Toilette spray pump caps
- Pharmaceutical vial septum caps
Options available:
- Single or two head operation which can achieve output speeds of up to 60 bottles per minute.
- ATEX certified version available for closing flammable substances.
- Manual or automatic solutions for cap sorting, feeding and placing caps onto bottles.
