The Posimatic EV5000 is a fully automatic, in-line filling machine for containers from 250ml to 5 litres, with 2, 4 or 6 filling heads and speeds of up to 40 bottles per minute. Use it stand-alone or as part of a complete bottling line..
One machine fills a wide range of container sizes without change parts, and handles liquids, semi-liquids and liquids with particulates. All contact parts are food and pharmaceutical quality 316 stainless steel.
Fill volume and speed adjust without tools, and the quick-release filling chassis wheels away for cleaning. Controls sit in an IP65 enclosure with a front-mounted operator panel.
The fully adjustable dive unit allows neck entry or bottom-up filling, and a no container/no fill system prevents wasted product. An ATEX certified version is available.

How easy is the Posimatic EV5000 to clean?
The EV5000 is designed for rapid cleaning and changeovers. The fully enclosed drip tray drains spillage and wash-down to a single point, and the filling chassis disconnects by quick-release connection so it can be wheeled away from the production area.
All contact parts are food and pharmaceutical quality 316 stainless steel, and controls are housed in an IP65-rated enclosure.
Is the Posimatic EV5000 the right model for my containers?
The EV5000 is our automatic filler for containers from 250ml to 5 litres. For smaller containers, the Posimatic EV1000 fills from 5ml up to 1,300ml, and the Posimatic EV2500 sits between the EV1000 and the EV5000.
If you’re filling above 5 litres, talk to our engineers. The EV5000 can be configured to fill 10 litre containers by double cycling, usually with larger bottle conveyors, and our semi-automatic range covers larger containers. We’ll recommend the best machine for your application.
