The Posimatic EV1000 is a versatile and efficient automatic liquid filling machine, designed for businesses seeking scalable filling equipment. It seamlessly integrates with Universal’s automatic capping systems, providing a cost-effective solution.
User-friendly and requiring minimal training, the EV1000 is easy for operators to use without specialized skills. Configurable with 2 to 12 filling heads, it fills volumes from 5ml to 1.3 litres with an accuracy of +/-0.5%, reaching up to 100 bottles per minute. This bottle filling machine is ideal for high-volume production.
The EV1000 handles a variety of container shapes and sizes without the need for change parts. Certified 316 stainless steel contact parts ensure hygiene and durability, while the adjustable nozzle dive enables precise filling of thin solvents, thick liquids, creams, gels, sauces, and liquids with particles.
An ATEX-compliant version is available for hazardous environments, offering safe handling of flammable materials. Backed by an optional 5-year warranty, the Posimatic EV1000 is a reliable, adaptable choice for high-quality liquid filling equipment.
