Semi-Automatic Cap Tightening Unit
The Universal Hand Capper offers an affordable solution to low volume cap tightening scenarios.
Pneumatically driven, the Hand Capper comes complete with 3 metres of hosing and has quick release chuck adaptors for easy changes in cap sizes.
A bench-mountable Anti-RSI stand is available as an option to reduce operator fatigue which can also be mounted on portable cabinets, conveyor side tables or combined on our ‘combi’ filling and capping machine. A wide range of chucks and inserts is available to accommodate a large variety of caps and tops.
