Automatic Capping Machine
As part of a production line, this automatic capping machine is capable of operating at up to 30 bottles per minute, which would normally require at least two operators to place and tighten by hand.
Simple cap head height adjustment and quick change jaws facilitate quick product changeovers, reducing downtime to a minimum. The Posicap is an ideal addition to an inline filling system and can be used as part of a fully automatic filling and capping line.
The Posicap automatic capping machine operates at a lower speed than the In-Line Universal Belt Capper but can be supplied with different capping heads depending on the application:
- Automatic Screw Capping
- Automatic ROPP Capping
- Automatic Cap Crimping
- Automatic Press-on and T-Corking
The Posicap can also be supplied with automatic cap feeding and placing systems as well as missing cap and reject systems if required.
Coven TPM1 Cap Crimper
Handheld Pneumatic Crimping Machine
The TPM1 is a simple-to-use pneumatic crimping head.
Simply need to connect to your compressed air supply. You will then be able to manually place the head on all different heights of bottles (with the same neck diameter) and crimp in sequence, without removing the bottles from their original carton packaging.
The TPM1 is so easy to handle that it can be moved to reach bottles anywhere on the work surface.
It can also be fitted with a balancer that hangs on a suspended wire, which can take the weight of the machine off the operator’s hand.

How it works
Each year, approximately two months before the anniversary of the initial installation, we will call you to arrange a 12-month preventative maintenance service for you.
You have the flexibility to choose between two convenient options – either to return the equipment for an inhouse service at Ashford or have an engineer call in to do an on-site service at your premises.
Once the service is completed, you’re then covered under our comprehensive warranty until the next anniversary date. This ensures that you’re protected against unforeseen issues and can continue operating with confidence.
As well as ensuring your equipment is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, on each annual visit our engineer will take the time to discuss with you any operational issues you may be experiencing, that might be arising out of new products, containers, or new output requirements since you bought the equipment.
